Our clinical laboratory testing services include high end diagnostic, predictive and prognostic tests in various disease segments such as Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Reproductive & Gynaecology, etc.

Ordering

To order a test visit the Find a Test page to learn about the test and call at our customer care number +91 -124- 4615-615. You can also contact our Genetic counseling team for a session with one of our genetic experts.

Test Results

Depending on the test performed, most tests are completed and reported to your ordering healthcare provider within about 2-4 days of receiving the sample for testing. Certain tests take several days to weeks. Results are hand delivered to you and your Heath care Provider.

Sample Collection

We collect samples from your doorstep. Our trained service executives will visit you with a specialized kit for collection once you book an appointment. All samples post collection are then sent to our main lab for processing. We can collect samples from 12 countries.

Specimen

Before you send a specimen, make sure you have met the specific requirements for your specimen, including specimen type, specimen volume, patient information, two person-specific identifiers on the patient label affixed to the sample, specimen container, transport medium, temperature (ambient, frozen or refrigerated).

Cancellations

Yes. Cancellations received prior to test setup will be honored at no charge. Cancellation or change requests received after test setup cannot be honored. The test will be run, and a result report will be issued and charged appropriately.

Expedite

Unique circumstances may arise with a patient resulting in a physician request that the specimen or results receive special handling. If you would like us to expedite the specimen to the performing laboratory, you can call us and request that your specimen be expedited.
